PicoFi Privacy Policy

Effective November 4, 2026

PicoFi is made by MerryStone, Inc. ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use PicoFi on iPhone.

The short version: we don't collect any of your data.

PicoFi has no account and no bank login, and it doesn't send your information to us or anyone else.

What PicoFi stores, and where

When you import a statement file, PicoFi reads it on your iPhone and saves your transactions inside the app on your device. That includes dates, descriptions, amounts, categories, the account names you type, and any category rules you create. That information stays on your device. We can't see it, and we have no servers that store it.

No tracking

PicoFi contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. We don't sell, share, or rent any information, because we don't receive any.

Files you choose

PicoFi only opens files you pick yourself, such as a PDF, CSV or Excel statement from the Files app. It doesn't access your photos, contacts, location, or other apps' data.

Purchases

If you buy the PicoFi unlock, Apple processes the payment through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. Apple's privacy policy covers that transaction.

Backups

If iCloud Backup is on, Apple may include PicoFi's data in your device backup, as it does for most apps. That backup is governed by your Apple account and Apple's privacy policy. We can't access it.

Deleting your data

Use Reset app (in the ⋯ menu on the Activity tab), or delete PicoFi from your iPhone. Either one removes your data from the device. There's nothing to delete on our side.

Children

PicoFi isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
